Qualifications

• Associates degree in business or clinical-related field.
• Two years of home care experience and one year of supervisory experience, or two years of leadership/management experience in healthcare, home health or hospice.
• Bachelor's degree in business or clinical-related field preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Current RN license or other healthcare professional license specific to the state is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment decisions for direct report staff including hiring, firing, advancing, and promotions.
• Oversee overall organization and financial management of the care center.
• Supervise clinical manager(s) to ensure delivery of quality patient care.
• Maintain the care center's image in the community and relevant organizations.
• Provide input and guidance on marketing activities and growth goals.
• Ensure thorough orientation for every team member at the care center.
• Assign and direct staff based on appropriate skills for their duties.
• Lead planning for staff education programs and meetings.
• Encourage continuous education and set expectations for staff development.
• Implement performance improvement programs to drive quality care and address negative trends.
