Responsibilities

• Organize and direct operational activities across the division.
• Ensure all contracted janitorial services are executed effectively.
• Forge long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client sites.
• Maintain consistent communication with all client locations through various channels.
• Support supervisors and managers in enhancing their operational and management skills.
• Monitor site performance and implement changes as necessary.
• Oversee efficient billing and collections processes for clients.
• Adhere to safety policies and promptly address any workplace accidents.
• Collaborate with vendors for the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Negotiate staffing plans tailored to specific site needs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth and represent the GDI brand.
• Supervise all employees in the region, including Area and Account Managers.
