Benefit Category: Full-time, Salaried/Exempt. Benefits eligible. ESOP benefits upon meeting plan entry requirements.

Schedule: Usual hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The director's schedule must be flexible to accommodate various personnel and organizational needs. Semi-regular travel (up to 25%) and overnight stays required. Must be present at the New Ulm office 2-3 days/week (on average).

What you will bring to our team:

A Director of Operations should have experience with and knowledge of, rules and regulations governing Home and Community Based Services, Intermediate Care Facilities, and the health care industry. The ideal candidate will be forward thinking, embody EON's core values, have strong interpersonal skills, strive to empower others to be independent problem solvers and will possess a participatory leadership style.

Requirements
• Valid driver's license and meet qualifiers to be insured by EON, Inc.'s vehicle insurance provider.
• Must have safe and operational vehicle for business purposes.
• Must not be disqualified by appropriate criminal background studies.
• Must also meet the qualification of a Designated Manager which includes any of the following:

- Bachelor of Science degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of experience

- Associates Degree or Diploma in a field related to human services, education or health from an accredited post-secondary institution and 2 years (4,160 hours) of experience.

- A Diploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from an accredited postsecondary institution and three (3) years (6,240 hours) of experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or individuals aged 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children; or

- A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four (4) years (8,320 hours) of experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in a. b. or c., and

- Meet the education and training requirements of a Designated Coordinator, and three years of supervisory level experience in a program that provides care or education to vulnerable adults or children.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in business or organizational management
• Seven (7) years of experience working in the field
• Experience with and knowledge of, rules and regulations governing Home and Community Based Services, Intermediate Care Facilities, and the health care industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
