The Director of Operations is responsible for leading construction operations for an Alaska-based federal construction contractor performing approximately $35 million to $45 million in annual revenue. The company's work is primarily focused on military base, federal, and government construction projects, including vertical construction, renovation, repair, alteration, and selected new construction.

This position provides senior leadership over project management, field operations, estimating coordination, project controls, financial forecasting, and operational performance. The role is designed for an experienced construction operations leader who can drive profitability, accountability, operational coordination, and disciplined growth across the company.

The position reports directly to the Eklutna, Inc. CEO and has authority over project managers, superintendents, field operations, and construction operations personnel. The role also interfaces with the Board of Directors and requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively within the governance and reporting structure of an Alaska Native corporation.
