With your guidance, we will continue to lead the charge in shaping the future of the electric utility landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate operational activities across multiple utility service projects.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize project disruptions and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams to foster professional growth and development.
Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in operations management within the electric utility industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale utility projects.
- Strong understanding of utility operations, including transmission, substation, and distribution systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.
Nice to Have- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
