Director of Operations

Attractive pay - $180,000.00 - $220,000.00/year

Responsibilities
• Responsible for operations of select Alliance owned and managed facilities.
• Supervises Nursing Home Administrators of select Alliance owned and managed facilities.

Travel:
• Travel throughout New England.

Qualifications
• Must possess bachelor's degree, advanced degrees are a plus
• Must be a Massachusetts Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Minimum of ten years' experience as a nursing home administrator, multi-facility operations experience a plus.

Responsible to:CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Supervisory Responsibility for: Facility Administrators

Qualifications for this Position:

- Education: Graduate of state approved college or university with minimum of Bachelor's Degree.

- Experience: Minimum of ten years' experience at the Director of Operations level supporting geriatric, long-term care. Excellent organizational ability with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Essential Personality Traits: Able to work with all levels of personnel and management with a professional and collaborative approach.

Essential Functions of this Position:

- Ability to speak, read and write effectively in English
• Responsible for operations of select Alliance owned and managed facilities.

• Travel throughout New England.
