Director of Operations | Middle Tennessee | Full-Time | Leadership Role | Healthcare OperationsThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in both operations and relationship-building and is equally comfortable managing office workflows and representing the company in the community. The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day office functions, support client and caregiver experiences, assist with growth initiatives, and help build strong referral relationships throughout the healthcare and senior care community.
What You'll DoOperations and Office Leadership- Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows
- Ensure smooth coordination of scheduling, client onboarding, documentation, and communication
- Support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts for caregivers and office staff
- Assist with policy implementation, process improvement, and quality assurance
- Monitor service delivery to ensure exceptional client experiences
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies, operational goals, and special projects
- Help maintain compliance standards and operational organization
Client and Concierge Support- Serve as a point of support for clients and families throughout their care journey
- Assist with coordinating concierge services and community resources
- Help ensure clients receive responsive, compassionate, high-touch service
- Support transitions of care and senior advising initiatives
Community Relationship Building- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, social workers, and community organizations
- Attend networking events, healthcare meetings, and community outreach opportunities
- Represent Matriarch professionally within the community and help increase brand awareness
- Assist with business development initiatives and community partnerships
What We're Looking For- Experience in healthcare operations, home care, senior services, or related leadership roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Relationship-focused personality with a passion for serving seniors and families
- Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, polished, and dependable
- Experience with scheduling systems, EMRs, or healthcare office coordination preferred
- Marketing, networking, or business development experience is a plus
