What We're Looking For:- Current RN license in Nevada (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of 2+ years of Director of Nursing (DON) experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, survey process, and compliance
- Proven leadership experience managing nursing teams, staffing, and clinical operations
- Track record of improving quality measures and driving positive clinical outcomes
