Qualifications

• Active RN license with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven regulatory compliance expertise with state and federal standards and the CMS 5-Star Quality Rating System.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining positive clinical outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to teach, mentor, and inspire clinical teams.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of fostering teamwork and building a positive organizational culture.
