Qualifications

• Nursing Degree from an accredited institution required.
• 3 years supervisory experience in a skilled-nursing or similar long-term healthcare facility.
• 6 months of training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing.
• Current, active Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to make independent decisions as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with staff, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the Nursing Department's operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Report directly to the Administrator and Regional Director of Clinical Operations.
• Lead the nursing team in implementing patient care standards.
