The Pines at Bristol, one of National Health Care Associate's 24 skilled nursing centers in CT, with a Top 10% CMS State Ranking, is in need of an experienced Director of Nursing Services (RN). We are seeking a hands-on, dedicated Patient Care Advocate to lead our nursing department and strong management team (ADNS, SDC, MDS, etc) at our recently renovated, 132-bed center which averages a 96-97% daily census, with up to 50 Admissions/month and a solid track record of Survey results. The Pines at Bristol is a Union-free center with stable staffing, a positive, collaborative environment as well as the regional corporate clinical support to ensure your success in providing high quality care and customer service to our residents, families, and staff.

What You'll Do:

As the Director of Nursing, you will provide strategic leadership to the nursing team, setting goals and objectives aligned with our mission. You will foster excellence and innovation in nursing care. Your leadership will shape the culture of our facility and drive the advancement of healthcare practice.

The Director of Nursing Services has 24-hour accountability and is responsible for the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care at the center, while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/resident and employee satisfaction.
