Responsibilities:- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing staff
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and update care plans accordingly
- Ensure accurate documentation and review of medical records
- Uphold resident rights and promote a safe and caring environment
Experience:- Anatomy knowledge
- Experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
- Proficiency in developing care plans
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Background in acute care systems
- Knowledge of home health practices
- Ability to review documentation thoroughly
- Understanding of resident rights in healthcare facilities
