Rhythms Home Care is looking for a compassionate and organized Registered Nurse to lead the clinical operations of our home care agency.
You do not need to be a current Director of Nursing to be considered. This opportunity may be a great fit for an experienced RN, Nurse Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or Assistant Director of Nursing who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. We provide mentorship and support as you grow.
An active Colorado RN license in good standing is required for this position.What You'll Do
- Oversee clinical assessments, care plans, and skilled nursing services
- Ensure clients receive safe, personalized, and high-quality care
- Partner with clients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Hire, train, support, and supervise CNAs, PCAs, and other direct care staff
- Provide clinical guidance and education to the care team
- Help coordinate staffing and address changes in client needs
- Maintain compliance with Colorado home care regulations
- Support quality improvement and agency growth
- Create a positive culture where employees feel supported and valued
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring
Required
- Active Colorado Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Colorado driver's license in good standing
- Clinical nursing experience
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and support direct care employees
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred
- Three or more years of experience in senior care, home care, home health, or a related setting
- Previous experience as a clinical supervisor, nurse manager, ADON, DON, or team lead
- Experience with staffing or scheduling
- Knowledge of home care regulations
- Home Care Administrator certification
