Director of Nursing (DON)Salary Range: $120-$135k DOE
We are a Mental Health Rehab Center (Title 9 Regulation) - Mental Health or Behavior Experience
required.As a leader in our facility, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our nursing team while ensuring the delivery of top-notch care to our residents.
As Director of Nursing, You Will:- Provide nursing and administrative direction for our entire nursing services team.
- Oversee the leadership and guidance of the nursing team in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Ensure appropriate utilization of resources necessary to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments for a coordinated interdisciplinary approach.
- Coach, develop, and lead our clinical team to success.
Must Have:- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or RN Manager.
- minimum 1 year of experience in a nursing supervisory role within the last (5) YEARS, providing direct care to multiple residents, with Mental Health or Bx Health experience being ideal.
- Graduate of an approved RN program.
- Knowledgeable in nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care.
Nice to Have:- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Experience in a Mental Health of Bx Health.
- Familiarity with PointClickCare.
- Advanced education in principles of management and geriatrics or DON certification.
- Leadership principles expertise.
