Competitive Pay + Benefits Your Role:- Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
- Oversee nursing operations and ensure quality resident care services
- Work cooperatively with healthcare team members to maintain established standards of care
- Maintain confidentiality of resident medical records and nursing documentation
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
- Train, mentor, and onboard nursing staff members
- Implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with care planning, risk management, and performance improvement programs
- Conduct daily rounds to support nursing staff and resident care operations
- Support corrective action plans and ongoing quality assurance measures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Who We're Looking For:- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Previous nursing leadership experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Dependable and professional team player with reliable attendance
- Passionate about providing compassionate, hometown care
- Enthusiastic about supporting staff development and resident well-being
