Responsibilities Director of Nursing OpportunityKeyStone Center, located in Chester, Pennsylvania, offers substance use disorder and dual diagnosis treatment for adults. We are located five miles south of the Philadelphia Airport, making our facility an easy location to travel to and from, for out-of-state treatment options and visitors. Our historic facility offers 153-beds of inpatient, outpatient and specialty treatment services. The main building at KeyStone Center, a Victorian mansion built in 1891, is the main focal point of our estate, which boasts tree-lined grounds and an expansive campus listed on the Historic Register in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

The Director of Nursing is a key member of the KeyStone Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric nursing strategy with a hands-on approach and keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. The DON participates in the hospital's strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives. The Director of Nursing will focus on 5 key areas: People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance

Qualifications Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the state of PA. Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program; Master of Science in Nursing is strongly preferred. Five or more years of progressive nursing management experience in behavioral health setting
