Director of Nursing (DON)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee the nursing department at a long-term care and rehabilitation center at TLC Nursing Center. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance patient safety.
