Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON):- Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of two years of experience serving as a Director of Nursing.
- Demonstrated experience in both skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
