Director of Nursing (Resident Care Director) to lead the clinical operations of our beautiful Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

What You'll DoAs the Resident Care Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day clinical operations for our:
- 64 Assisted Living residents
- 24 Memory Care residents
You'll play a key leadership role by:
- Providing clinical oversight for resident care and wellness services
- Leading, coaching, and developing nursing and caregiving associates
- Creating individualized resident service plans and ensuring they remain current
- Monitoring resident well-being and coordinating appropriate care interventions
- Collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensuring compliance with all state regulations and company clinical standards
- Partnering closely with the Assistant Resident Care Director and Memory Care leadership to provide seamless resident care
- Managing staffing, scheduling, and department operations
- Participating in the Manager-on-Duty (MOD) rotation to support overall community leadership
- Promoting a culture of compassion, accountability, teamwork, and excellence
What We're Looking ForWe're searching for a nurse leader who brings both clinical expertise and a servant-leadership mindset.
Required Qualifications- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care,
- At least 1 year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making skills
- Passion for serving older adults with dignity and compassion
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead confidently while fostering a positive team culture
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems
- Experience leading Assisted Living and/or Memory Care clinical teams
- Strong knowledge of state regulations and survey readiness

This role offers a
Monday-Friday schedule (8:30 AM-5:00 PM) with participation in the Manager-on-Duty rotation, providing the opportunity to balance consistent leadership presence with operational involvement.
Position Requirements- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in Assisted Living, or equivalent geriatric care with Assisted Living training
- Minimum one (1) year of supervisory nursing experience
- Licensed RN or LPN in good standing with the applicable state licensing authority
- Successful completion of a criminal background screening
- Ability to meet all drug-free workplace requirements
