Director of Nursing Opportunity: Lead Clinical Excellence Across Our Growing Home Care Team

As the Director of Nursing, you will provide clinical oversight for private duty care, skilled nursing services, and home infusion clients. Responsibilities include conducting patient admission assessments, reviewing and approving plans of care, supervising nursing and caregiver staff, supporting the RN infusion team, and ensuring all clinical services meet state, federal, and accreditation standards. Your leadership will directly impact patient satisfaction, caregiver success, and overall clinical outcomes.

In addition, you will oversee clinical record reviews, conduct supervisory visits, coordinate caregiver training for new client start-ups, implement quality improvement initiatives, and provide ongoing education and mentorship to clinical staff. You will work closely with office leadership to support operational success while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional patient care.

We're seeking a compassionate and confident RN leader with an active Texas RN license, strong assessment skills, excellent clinical judgment, and experience in home health, home care, infusion services, or a related healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, knowledgeable about healthcare regulations, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standards of care.
