Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department in Phillipsburg, NJ.

Responsibilities for Director of Nursing (DON):- Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations
- Maintain high standards of resident care, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing leadership and clinical staff
- Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team
- Oversee staffing, clinical processes, surveys, and quality initiatives
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective action plans
- Build a positive, accountable, and resident-focused nursing culture
Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON):- Active New Jersey RN license required
- Previous Director of Nursing experience strongly preferred
- Strong skilled nursing/long-term care experience
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
