Duties:
- Supervise all nursing staff throughout the facility.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and support ongoing staff development.
- Oversee nursing staff performance and conduct.
- Remain informed of incidents and clinical issues within the facility.
- Assess and oversee the healthcare needs of each resident.
Requirements:
- Current New York State RN license.
- Minimum of 5 years of long-term care experience.
- At least 2 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
