Full Job Description
We're hiring a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of care for our community.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the nursing department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and families to support residents' health and quality of life.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and retention of nursing staff.
