About the Role:As the
Director of Nursing, you will lead with empathy, clinical expertise, and a people-first mindset. You will oversee nursing services in our hospital and outpatient settings, ensuring care is delivered with excellence, efficiency, and a deep respect for each patient's experience. This role is pivotal in shaping our nursing culture, mentoring our dedicated staff, and driving continuous improvement across programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Oversee compliance, budgeting, staffing, and clinical outcomes to support strategic and operational goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to provide integrated and holistic care
- Champion staff development, career growth, and succession planning within the nursing department
- Serve as a trusted advisor in resolving complex patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism

QUALIFICATIONSEducationBachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
EXPERIENCE:- Minimum of five years relevant clinical experience required, including at least three years of management experience
- Six months' psychiatric experience is required.
- Experience working with addictions preferred. APRN acceptable.
Certification/LicensureLicensure as a Registered Nurse required.
