What You'll Do- Provide overall leadership and management of the nursing department
- Plan, develop, implement, and maintain nursing services in accordance with policies and regulations
- Oversee resident discharge planning and coordination of care transitions
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant nursing documentation and charting
- Monitor quality of care and promote best clinical practices
- Participate in surveys, audits, and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership to support resident care and operational success
What You Bring- Current Registered Nurse (RN) state license; BSN preferred
- Current CPR Certification
- 5+ years of long-term care nursing experience
- 3+ years of nursing leadership or management experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, dependable, and solution-oriented leadership style
- Excellent attendance and professional reliability
