Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in good standing, with multi-state compact status preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial nursing experience preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills; experience with collapsed veins is advantageous.
• Active CPR or BLS certification is preferred.
• Ability to manage emergency on-call situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dosing area for accuracy and compliance with medication protocols.
• Maintain nursing schedule and inventory management for dosing activities.
• Train and educate nursing team members; facilitate regular staff meetings.
• Fill in for the Dosing Nurse as needed, demonstrating full competency in their duties.
• Conduct patient annual physicals in accordance with state regulations.
• Assist medical providers with intake processes for new patients.
• Participate in the hiring and interviewing process for new nursing staff.
