Director of National Accounts

Description

The Director of National Accounts - MRO is responsible for leading and expanding strategic partnerships with key industrial distributors including Fastenal, Grainger, McMaster-Carr, and similar accounts. This role drives revenue growth, ensures contract compliance, and delivers value-added solutions tailored to each customer's operational needs. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and a results-driven professional with deep knowledge of the MRO landscape.

How You Will Help
  • Account Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts, managing executive-level relationships and driving long-term growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals and company objectives.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts; lead cross-functional efforts to expand product penetration.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage pricing agreements, rebates, and service-level commitments.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and customer satisfaction; prepare and present quarterly business reviews.
