The Master of Science in Marketing Program is seeking a Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight for both the in-person and online graduate programs. As a key leader within the nationally recognized Department of Marketing at Mays Business School, this role is responsible for recruiting and retaining high-potential students and strengthening the program's reputation. The ideal candidate brings experience building and growing successful graduate programs, coupled with strong organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills. The Director will lead day-to-day program operations, collaborate with faculty and stakeholders, and serve as a trusted resource for current and prospective students. This role calls for a detail-oriented, student-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic academic environment and is passionate about delivering excellence in graduate education. What You Need to Know

Salary: $100,000 - $109,000/annually (Compensation will be commensurate to the selected hire's experience).

Required Education and Experience:

  • Ten years of related experience in management, graduate degree program administration, board management, or higher education

Program Management
  • Responsible for program planning, including planning and executing curricular and co-curricular activities.

  • Develops and implements strategies to attract and enroll students in both in-person and online programs, including marketing efforts, outreach activities, and admissions processes.
  • Works with the admissions committee to manage applications and admissions.
  • Manages student progress toward degree.


Student Support
  • Provides support to students enrolled in both in-person and online programs, including academic advising, career counseling, and access to resources.
