Full Job Description
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing the company's marketing strategy, brand presence, and creative output across all channels that includes all assets with UCS Inc., New Nevada Plastics Inc, and Rounders Pit Foam LLC. This role blends strategic leadership, creative direction, and hands-on execution, ensuring consistent brand messaging, effective campaigns, and high-quality marketing assets that support sales, product launches, and long-term business growth.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, product initiatives, and sales objectives
• Own the brand vision and ensure consistent application across all marketing and communication channels
• Lead, manage, and prioritize marketing initiatives, campaigns, and creative projects from concept through execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, finance, leadership, and any external partners to align messaging and go-to-market efforts
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
• Execute within budget and establish and agree key metrics to guide measurement and ROI
• Manager team of graphic designers, social media. E-commerce manager and any additional people that will be put in the marketing department

Marketing & Campaign Management
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across:

o Print

o Digital / Web

o Email

o Social and emerging platforms
• Oversee product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and trade/event marketing
• Ensure all promotional materials are current, accurate, and available as needed to support sales and customers

Creative Direction & Brand Management
• Provide creative direction for all visual and written marketing materials
• Develop, maintain, and evolve company branding and style guidelines
• Ensure high standards of design, messaging, and storytelling across all deliverables
• Utilize modern tools and technology to create compelling visual, multimedia, and presentation assets

Content & Production Oversight
• Oversee photo and video production, including:

o Photographer and videographer selection

o Locations, models, props, illustrators, and vendors
• Manage the full production lifecycle, coordinating with external vendors such as printers, fabricators, and mailing houses
• Review and approve final creative assets prior to release

Project & Vendor Management
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting budget and schedule requirements
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with outside agencies and vendors
• Ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency throughout all production processes

Continuous Improvement
• Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices through professional development, workshops, and industry resources
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing systems, workflows, and performance

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Experience
• 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, creative direction, or brand management
• Proven experience managing marketing campaigns across print and digital channels
• Demonstrated leadership in overseeing creative production and external vendors
• Prior marketing strategy and campaign execution experience required

Technical & Creative Skills
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign preferred)
• Experience with content management systems (CMS)
• Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS required; PHP a plus)
• Proficiency in presentation and multimedia tools (PowerPoint or equivalent)
• Ability to guide production of:

o Product brochures and catalogs

o Logos and brand assets

o Advertising and promotional materials

o Digital and web-based content
