Job Description
The Director of LMU Clinical DVM Program Operations, in collaboration
with the Executive Associate Dean of Clinical Relations and Outreach,
and other Clinical Relations and Outreach faculty and staff, provides
operational and executional expertise to the LMU Clinical DVM Program.
The position will have input on shaping the LMU Clinical DVM program
and educating future veterinarians. The position will be remote and
will require occasional travel to LMU DVM instructional sites.

MBA or board certification; at least 10 years in clinical
practice or academia

Work closely and collaboratively with the Executive Associate Dean of Clinical Relations and Outreach.

Collaborate and foster working relationships with students, staff, peer faculty, other colleges on campus, and external partners and stakeholders to attain the college's and University's goals and objectives.

Engage in service to the college and beyond, develop and deliver instructional materials, and perform research based on assigned full-time equivalent

Provide oversight for implementation of initiatives and the strengthening and fulfillment of the college mission.

Assure student learning outcomes are achieved and measurable, using both qualitative and quantitative metrics, within the hybrid distributed clinical education model.

Participate in regularly scheduled meetings of personnel assigned to the Clinical Relations and Outreach team

Prepare required reports

Assure that the college is represented at appropriate AAVMC, AVMA, State VMA, and other professional programs, initiatives, and events as designated

Effectively deliver presentations to students, clinical affiliates, and other parties
Job Duty
Travel periodically as needed.

Participate in other strategic initiatives as assigned
