Compensation- Base salary of $110-$130k, depending on years of experience.

Role summaryWe're seeking an experienced and dynamic
Director of Learner Services to lead our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will be a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in North Carolina (or eligible for licensure) who is excited by creative programming and committed to quality services and outstanding learner outcomes.
What you'll do- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centered services across, classroom, home, clinic and potentially farm-based settings.
- Develop and implement programs that promote ongoing learner success, with a strong focus on school readiness and real-world skills.
- Collaborate with home and clinic service teams to ensure cohesive, data-driven and effective service delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and clinical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards while maintaining a warm, family-like environment.

Qualifications- Minimum 2 years experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in NC or eligible for licensure.
- Proven leadership experience with a strong focus on quality service delivery and team development
- Strong communication and team management skills; comfortable leading across multiple settings.
- Ability to provide a minimum of 20-25 hours of supervisory support weekly.
- Passion for working in diverse service settings (farm, classroom, home, clinic) and driving positive learner outcomes.
