Job Title: Director of Learner Services (BCBA)
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina | University area (Onsite during operating hours)

Compensation
  • Base salary of $110-$130k, depending on years of experience.

Role summary

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Learner Services to lead our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in North Carolina (or eligible for licensure) who is excited by creative programming and committed to quality services and outstanding learner outcomes.

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centered services across, classroom, home, clinic and potentially farm-based settings.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote ongoing learner success, with a strong focus on school readiness and real-world skills.
  • Collaborate with home and clinic service teams to ensure cohesive, data-driven and effective service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and clinical excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards while maintaining a warm, family-like environment.
