Up to $10,000 Annual Performance Bonus | Paid Quarterly
πŸ—“ Full-Time

You became a BCBA to make a difference-not to spend your entire day buried in administrative tasks.

This is an opportunity to lead a clinical team, mentor RBTs, shape the quality of care in your clinic, and continue making a meaningful impact with learners and families.

And because great leadership requires the right support, we've built this role around defined caseload expectations, operational partnership, protected clinical leadership time, and clear expectations.

πŸ’™ Lead people. Develop clinicians. Improve outcomes. Build something you're proud of.

We believe in being transparent about compensation from the beginning.

BCBAs with 2 years of experience or less:
πŸ’° $100,000-$110,000 total annual compensation, including bonus

BCBAs with 2+ years of experience:
πŸ’° $110,000-$130,000 total annual compensation, including bonus

PLUS:

Performance bonus of up to $10,000 annually, paid quarterly and tied to clearly defined performance metrics.

β€’ Provide a minimum of 25 supervision hours per week
β€’ Oversee other applicable service codes in accordance with North Carolina Medicaid, payer, and state requirements

✨ What Makes Leadership at Autism 360 Different?

We've listened to BCBA feedback about what makes-or breaks-a clinical leadership role.

And we've worked to build better systems around our clinicians.
🧠 Defined Caseload Expectations

Clear expectations designed to protect clinical quality, promote work-life balance, and support sustainable careers.
🀝 Real Operational Support

You shouldn't have to be the BCBA, scheduler, recruiter, HR department, billing specialist, and operations manager all at once.

Our operational teams support scheduling, HR, billing, staffing, and other administrative responsibilities so you can spend more time leading clinically.
⏰ Protected Clinical Leadership Time

More time to focus on what you're uniquely qualified to do: supervision, programming, clinical decision-making, learner outcomes, mentorship, and team development.
🌱 Stronger RBT Hiring & Development

We've strengthened our hiring standards, onboarding, and training resources to better prepare the RBTs you'll lead.
πŸ’™ Clearer Clinical + Administrative Partnership

Our infrastructure is designed to prevent every operational responsibility from automatically landing on the BCBA's desk.
Leadership Growth

This isn't simply a bigger caseload with a leadership title attached to it.

You'll have opportunities to strengthen your leadership skills, develop other clinicians, and make a visible impact on the culture and clinical quality of your center.
🏑 North Carolina Focused

Autism 360 is one of North Carolina's largest privately held autism services providers. Our local focus allows us to build systems specifically around the needs of North Carolina learners, families, clinicians, and the evolving Medicaid environment.
πŸŽ“ What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strong clinician who is ready to lead with both high standards and empathy.

You'll need:
β€’ Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
β€’ North Carolina licensure or willingness to obtain it
β€’ Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, data-driven ABA practice
β€’ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
β€’ Ability to coach and hold team members accountable while creating a supportive environment
β€’ Ability to work collaboratively with families, RBTs, clinical peers, and operations partners
β€’ Ability to work full-time and in person

Previous leadership, supervision, or mentorship experience is strongly preferred.
