Job Description

As a Director of ISC Operations here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will strategize and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at our designated site. In this role you will be the assigned FAA Accountable Manager for our Clearwater Commercial and Defense Repair and Overhaul Organizations. You will lead our Clearwater Repair and Overhaul Teams and provide guidance on operations execution, materials scheduling, overall repair operations, compliance, and will collaborate and interface with key members of the Clearwater OEM teams, Nav and Sensors GBE, Customer Facing Teams and Key Functional Leaders to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency of production and delivery of products, ultimately driving the success of the company. By optimizing productivity, ensuring quality and compliance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, you will contribute to the overall growth and sustainability of the business.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee operations execution, materials scheduling, overall repair operations, compliance, collaboration and interface with key members of the Clearwater OEM teams, Nav and Sensors GBE, Customer Facing Teams and Key Functional Leaders.
  • Create and ensure execution of strategies for optimizing the entire supply chain.
  • Drive implementation of the Aerospace Operating System (AOS)
  • Drive strategic and tactical level action to deliver on AOP commitments and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets.
  • Oversee the streamlining of processes to enhance efficiency, reduce Turn Around Times, and minimize costs.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, finance, and other department leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure FAA Regulatory Compliance
  • Drive a culture of world class safety and quality performance


Qualifications

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on integration and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct reports and organizations.
  • Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management.
