SUMMARY: CASA is searching for a dynamic Director of Human Resources to create and maintain the HR function within the organization

The successful HR Manager candidate will:
• Create and maintain a strategic HR function for CASA
• Provide consistent HR tracking and reporting practices
• Establish many HR compliance and operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency across employees/organization
• Develop an internal compensation structure including job titles, job descriptions and salary bands.
• Develop a training and employee development strategy to meet the needs and growth of all employees
• Establish HR compliance training - interviewing do's and don'ts, Workplace laws, annual management harassment training.
• Develop a robust new employee orientation program that is consistent throughout the organization.
• Develop a comprehensive DEI plan in partnership with CASA's DE&I Team
• Evaluate CASA HRIS programs to determine options to use one platform
• Oversee I-9 records
• Update existing Employee Handbook
• Engage in proactive employee relations across the organization

The HR Director Manager must demonstrate a firm commitment to and passion for CASA's mission and vision. The ideal candidate will possess sufficient experience and training to execute the responsibilities of the position. They will also demonstrate the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; PHR or SPHR preferred.PEO Management.
• 10 plus years' professional experience in a strategic and hands on HR role (small company/organization preferred)
• Strong general knowledge of employment law, employee onboarding, training & development, and overall HR best practices.
• Effective oral, written, and communication skills
• Ability to effectively influence and confidentially interact with all employees
• Performs role responsibilities in a way that is consistent with CASA values and principles. Leads by example consistently modeling high standards of performance, honesty, inclusivity, and confidentiality
• Ability to demonstrate strong work ethic and personal integrity.
