Full Job Description
Andromeda Systems Incorporated (ASI) has an opportunity for an onsite Director of Human Resources to join our team at our Jacksonville, FL office. We are seeking a hands-on HR lead who understands the range of HR responsibilities and how they assist organizational growth. This role partners with leadership to develop programs and implement their strategies.

The successful candidate for this role will have experience delivering programs that grow our people, our impact to customers, and ultimately grow our business. The Director will help maintain workplace culture which includes an engaged and productive workforce through policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective guidance to staff and management
  • Maintain benefits programs, employee enrollment, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations across 30 states
  • Oversee talent acquisition
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage HR related systems (HRIS, ATS, Performance Management, Benefits, etc.) and implement upgrades and enhancements
  • Create consistency in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee communications
  • Manage required reporting including EEOC, ACA, Vets-4212, pay data, etc.
  • Develop compensation strategies to stay competitive in the market


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related area
  • 10 years of human resources experience
  • Experience leading a team or department
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Multi-state experience
  • Extensive experience using UKG
  • Ability to operate with discretion and sound judgment in complex and sensitive situations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with
    • Government contracting
    • Microsoft Business Central
    • ClearCo
  • HR certification
