  • Build and scale the HR function for a growing manufacturing company, driving transformation across talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, shaping people strategy, organizational structure, and leadership effectiveness
  • On-site position in the Inland Empire, CA; $130-150K base salary + bonus + great benefits

The Director of Human Resources is a hands-on leader responsible for driving transformation, culture enhancement, and talent development within the organization. This role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, implementing change management strategies, and fostering a high-performance environment.
This position requires a leader who can operate both strategically and tactically, serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, and drive organizational effectiveness in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct an initial assessment of the HR function and present recommendations for structure, priorities, and tools
  • Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, career development, and compensation
  • Lead and develop a lean HR function with clear priorities, training, and process consistency
  • Provide oversight of payroll and compliance, including applicable wage and hour requirements
  • Lead change management initiatives in partnership with department leaders to support organizational agility and business transformation
  • Implement career development frameworks, including learning paths, mentorship programs, and leadership development
