Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead the HR technology strategy and multi-year HRIS roadmap.
  • Oversee HRIS administration, optimization, upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
  • Serve as principal HR technology advisor to HR and executive leadership.
  • Direct enterprise HRIS projects and vendor relationships.
  • Establish data governance standards, security protocols, audits, and compliance controls.
  • Oversee reporting, dashboards, workforce analytics, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows, automation, and user experience.
  • Lead testing, change management, communications, and adoption efforts related to system enhancements.
  • Serve as executive owner of the UKG Pro platform strategy and optimization efforts.
  • Supervise HRIS staff and support professional development and performance management.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of progressive HRIS and HR technology experience with 3-5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading complex HR technology implementations and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Specific experience with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro), including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Reporting and Business Intelligence modules, is strongly preferred.


Pay for this position is determined by a number of factors including education level and experience. The pay range for this position is $141,676-$233,478
