Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR leader to guide our HR function across all three divisions. Sound policies, clear documentation, and consistent practices are not paperwork to us. They are how we make sure nothing gets in the way of serving.

This is a senior role with real influence over how Endeavor grows. You will work in close partnership with our executive team and division leaders, and lead a small HR team that includes our HR Manager and HR Admin Assistant.

What you'll do
  • Protect the mission. Keep our policies, employee agreements, and documentation sound across all three divisions so that regulatory or legal trouble never becomes the reason we can't serve. You'll be our go-to resource on employment law questions.
  • Bring clarity to our people. Maintain our employee handbook and build out policies where we have gaps, so every team member knows where they stand and is treated consistently no matter which division they serve in.
  • Grow our people. Support our quarterly leadership meetings and annual kickoff, help what we learn there reach the front line, and create an optional Individual Development Plan program for team members who want to invest in their own growth.
  • Keep operations steady. Guide the HR team and help our everyday processes run smoothly, from onboarding through performance reviews and leave management.
  • Live our values. Service, Love, Integrity, and Growth show up in how we hire, onboard, and recognize people.
  • Partner with leadership. Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and organizational questions, and flag things early when you see them coming.
What we're looking for
  • Five to seven years of HR leadership experience at the director level
  • Strong foundation in employment law, HR compliance, and risk management
  • Experience supporting HR across multiple locations or divisions
  • Working knowledge of Arizona and federal employment law
  • Experience building policies, handbooks, and development programs from the ground up
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
  • Background in home care, developmental disability services, hospice, or healthcare is a significant plus
  • Someone who builds trust easily with leaders and employees alike, and who is drawn to work that exists to serve others
Benefits include:
  • Medical, Dental, Vision
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan and company match
  • Weekly pay
