Lead the future of exceptional home care! As the Director of Home Care Operations, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in driving the success of our Home Care business across the organization. You'll partner with clinical and operational leaders to deliver outstanding quality, exceptional patient experiences, and strong financial performance.
In this dynamic role, you'll provide strategic oversight of agency operations, analyze operational and financial outcomes, and ensure compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations, as well as Erickson Senior Living standards. Working closely with the Clinical Operations team, you'll help shape clinical excellence, optimize performance, and advance innovative, high-quality care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Compensation: $135-155k per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
How you will make an impact
- Serve as a resource, role model, and mentor to community Home Care Business lines.
- Assess adequate utilization of resources within the agencies.
- Evaluate the interactions and make recommendations and/ or collaborates with agency and corporate partners, as needed, on the best course of action for operational efficiencies.
- Partner with the Dir, Clinical Operations in developing, maintaining, and updating policies and procedures in compliance with Conditions of Participation to support branding within Home Care, Medicare certification, and CHAP accreditation (as appropriate).
- Support the integration of programs and services across the continuum of care within an appropriate region.
- Collaborate and provide guidance to Continuing Care Business lines and Rehab Services to support an integrated approach to care.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of key performance metrics throughout the enterprise.
- Conduct routine onsite support visits, providing written reports & analysis of current operational practices and services to include recommendations and/or plans for improvement
- Participate in the development and implementation of specific strategies that will ensure high-quality care and effective utilization of resources, growth, and financial viability.
What you will need
- Minimum 5 year’s directly applicable experience required.
- Management experience required.
- Experience with electronic medical record is required.
- Basic computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office, Internet, web applications, Power Point and Excel.
- Experience in managing multiple agencies preferred.
