Full Job Description
The Director of Growth & Development is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and creating growth initiatives across all locations. This role partners closely with our clinical team to improve performance, strengthen the client experience, and ensure best practices are implemented consistently as we expand our brand footprint.

What You'll Do
  • Drive revenue growth across all locations by improving conversion, customer retention, and provider utilization, while partnering with function leaders to develop and execute monthly and quarterly performance plans
  • Lead business development efforts by establishing and growing partnerships with local organizations and corporations
  • Identify and launch on-site or embedded service offerings within partner locations to expand access and drive new client acquisition
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, ensuring partnerships align with brand and service standards analyze performance data across locations and partnerships to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Translate data into clear, actionable steps and provide ongoing reporting and insights to executive leadership
  • Identify successful programs and processes within individual locations and scale best practices across the organization
  • Support the testing and rollout of new services, pricing models, and growth initiatives to strengthen overall business performance.
  • Partner with Finance to model ROI, unit economics, and scalability of growth initiatives
  • Monitor outcomes, iterate quickly, and scale what works
  • Present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to the executive team


Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or multi-location service environments, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving performance across multiple locations or business units
  • Demonstrated experience owning and scaling key business metrics such as conversion, retention, utilization, and revenue per provider
  • Experience developing and executing strategic partnerships, including corporate relationships and community-based partnerships
  • Strong operational leadership experience, with the ability to create structure, standardize processes, and drive consistency across locations
  • Experience coaching and developing leaders, with a focus on accountability, performance management, and team growth
  • High level of business acumen with strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority across clinical, operational, and administrative teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external partners effectively
  • Experience working in a high-growth or scaling organization preferred
