  • Oversee transfer pricing policies, tax audits, tax reporting, and compliance activities.
  • Monitor international tax law developments and assess impacts on tax structure and effective tax rate.
  • Build and develop a high-performing global tax function to support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Implement global tax initiatives including OECD BEPS and Pillar Two compliance requirements.
  • Partner with executive leadership, Audit Committee, external auditors, legal counsel, and tax advisors.

Quanex is looking for a Director of Global Tax to join our team in Houston, TX.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Lead and direct the Company's global tax function to minimize the Company's worldwide tax burden and ensure full compliance across all jurisdictions in which the Company operates.
  • Develop and execute global tax planning strategies that support organizational objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance.

What You Bring:

The salary range for this position is of $166K - $190K with the potential to earn an annual bonus.
