Director of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)

About the Role

The Director of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) is the mastermind behind how our spaces look, feel, and perform. You'll shape the design identity across assets, translating vision into environments that feel intentional, market-relevant, and performance-driven. From first concept to final install, you'll ensure every piece has a purpose, every dollar works hard, and every space tells the right story.

What You'll Do
  • Set and execute a cohesive FF&E vision across the portfolio, with flexibility for local market needs
  • Develop scalable FF&E standards, specs, and packages across asset types
  • Lead FF&E projects end-to-end, including renovations, repositioning's, and new acquisitions
