THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
  • Join the finance organization of a private equity-backed business with a strong history of growth through acquisitions and organic expansion
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and operating teams on financial planning, performance management, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Work in an environment where finance plays a central role in evaluating acquisitions and supporting the integration of acquired businesses.
  • Collaborate across finance, accounting, operations, and acquired business teams in a multi-entity environment.
  • Take ownership of high-visibility analysis and financial initiatives that support continued growth.

  • Prepare board presentations, lender reporting, and other executive-level financial materials that communicate business performance, financial trends, and key operating drivers.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address operational issues, including margin compression, sales trends, cost management, profitability, and performance against plan.
  • Manage and support the M&A pipeline, including acquisition analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and evaluation of potential transactions.
  • Provide treasury and credit facility support, including analysis of liquidity, financing requirements, lender relationships, and capital structure considerations.
  • Work closely with the private equity sponsor on financial performance, strategic initiatives, and the M&A pipeline, including regular investor discussions.
  • Support the company through an exit process, providing financial analysis and supporting diligence, transaction preparation, and post-close planning as needed.
  • Improve FP&A processes, reporting, forecasting, and analytical tools to support decision-making across 11 service lines and continued acquisition-driven and organic growth.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required.
  • 8 to 10+ years of progressive finance experience with growth into a director-level role or comparable scope preferred.
  • Strong FP&A experience, including financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Experience in preparing lender reporting, board presentations, and executive-level financial analysis required.
  • M&A experience required, with exposure to acquisition analysis, financial due diligence, transaction modeling, or M&A pipeline management; full transaction ownership is not required.
  • Experience with treasury, credit facilities, liquidity management, or lender relationships preferred.
  • Experience in a private equity-backed or mid-market company is strongly preferred, particularly within an organization below $1B in revenue.
  • Strong financial modeling, Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect financial results to operational performance.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, motivation, and ability to execute through cross-functional teams and business leaders.
  • Comfortable operating in a PE-backed environment and interested in the pace, accountability, capital allocation decisions, and eventual transaction dynamics associated with private equity ownership.3
