Compensation: $120,000 - $137,000 / year

Description

As Food & Beverage Director, you'll direct every outlet under the F&B umbrella - setting quality, service, and financial standards across restaurants, bars, and banquets - while building the team that brings Ameswell's food and beverage vision to life.

Key Responsibilities
• Interviews, selects, trains, schedules, coaches, and supports associates, ensuring performance aligns with brand and hotel standards
• Monitors adherence to service, sanitation, and productivity standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
• Monitors and controls food and beverage inventories, related equipment, and labor costs
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation levels in line with Health Department requirements at all times
• Manages food preparation standards across all outlets
• Monitors and forecasts food and beverage revenues and expenses to meet company goals
• Implements new menu items, policies, and procedures to increase customer satisfaction and perceived value
• Develops and manages the annual food and beverage budget
• Implements and monitors ordering and receiving programs to ensure proper quantities and pricing
• Practices safe work habits, following MSDS and OSHA standards
• Organizes multiple projects, managing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
• Performs other duties as requested by management
• Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends as business needs require

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Eight years of food and beverage experience, at least three in a management role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Progressive food and beverage management experience in a similar-size hotel or venue
• Food Service Sanitation and Alcohol Service Permit certifications (where state-required); CPR certification preferred
