Job Summary

The Director of Operations will oversee venue operations, event execution, staffing coordination, safety compliance, and service delivery to ensure exceptional experiences for guests, clients, and team partners.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of operations leadership experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale venues
  • Experience managing large teams and cross-functional departments
  • Knowledge of event operations, staffing logistics, and facility management
  • Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational software systems
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and venue safety procedures
