The Director of Fleet Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive maintenance and operational readiness of a diverse fleet within the administrative, support, waste management, and remediation services industry. This leadership role ensures that all vehicles and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, minimizing downtime and extending asset life.

The director will develop and implement strategic maintenance programs, manage budgets, and lead a team of maintenance professionals to achieve operational excellence.
