Are you ready to lead a team of maintenance professionals and driveoperational excellence across multiple locations? Join Benore LogisticSystems, Inc. as our Director of Fleet Maintenance! We'reseeking an experienced leader to oversee our fleet maintenanceoperations and ensure that all company equipment is meticulouslymaintained, compliant, and ready for the road.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a large team of maintenance personnel across theSoutheastern U.S., fostering a culture of accountability andteamwork.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance, repairoperations, andvendorrelationships to keep our fleet runningefficiently.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives, performdetailed ROI analyses,andmake strategic recommendations toleadership.
  • Ensure strict compliance with DOT, OSHA,EPA, and other safety regulations.
  • Lead continuousimprovement projects to enhance processes anddevelop staff,maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in diesel maintenance or shopmanagement,with a strong technical or mechanical background. Atleast 10 yearsmanaging teams of 20+ technicians and administrative staff.
  • Certifications: Minimum of three key diesel certifications.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of maintenance systemslike TMW and TMT. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word,PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentorteams,fostering a culture of accountability, communication, and high performance.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong cost management, root causeanalysisabilities, and experience in developing action plans toenhanceoperational efficiency.
  • Licensing: Active Class D driver's license required; ClassAlicense preferred.
  • Additional Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects,excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication abilities forengaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
