Overview

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Fitness & Rehabilitation Services position.

 

  • In-house program within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the Rehabilitation and Fitness Departments to include staff utilization, budgetary responsibility, internal marketing, support of well-being programs, departmental and regulatory compliance, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • For SLP candidates, an active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) is required
  • Minimum of three years' direct patient care experience
  • Minimum of one year' management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing
