Full Job Description
Based in Brillion, Wisconsin, with hybrid flexibility available following the initial onboarding and transition period, this role reports to the Chief Financial and Legal Officer.

As a key member of the finance leadership team, the Director of FP&A will lead financial planning, forecasting, business analytics, and executive decision support across the enterprise. This is an opportunity to influence strategic decisions, enhance business performance, and help shape the future of a growing global organization.

Key Areas of Focus
  • Lead and advance enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis capabilities.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Enhance executive and Board reporting through meaningful financial insights and business narratives.
  • Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting that improve organizational visibility and decision-making.
  • Expand the use of automation, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, evaluate investments, manage risk, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations that drive business performance.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
